Step-by-Step Pre-dissolution Protocol

⚠️ This is a critical step. Failure to pre-dissolve correctly will cause crystal formation in the final product.

  1. Weigh the required amount of HPR powder
  2. Add to a small portion (5-10% of total oil phase) of your chosen solvent/oil
  3. Heat gently to 45°C with stirring
  4. Hold at 45°C, stirring until fully dissolved (solution should be clear, no particles visible)
  5. Add the pre-dissolved HPR solution to the main oil phase
  6. Mix thoroughly to ensure uniform distribution

Visual confirmation: The pre-dissolved solution should be clear to Light yellow. If particles remain, continue heating and stirring. Do not proceed until fully dissolved.

HPR stability is pH-dependent. Maintain final formulation pH within 5.0–6.5 for optimal stability.
