Product Introduction:

Ectoin is derived from the extreme halophile bacterium Halomonas elongata, and is therefore also referred to as “halophilic bacteria extract.” It is an amino acid derivative belonging to the group of extremolytes. Extremolytes are low-molecular-weight protective molecules that, under extreme conditions such as high salinity, elevated temperatures, and intense UV radiation, safeguard extremophilic microorganisms and plants in environments like salt lakes, hot springs, ice, deep sea, or deserts from damage.

Recommended Dosage:

General use: 0.05% – 2.0%

Intensive repair: 0.5% – 2.0%

Anti-inflammatory & anti-aging: 0.5% – 1.0%

 

Instructions for Use:

Readily soluble in water. Can be incorporated either in the early or late stages of formulation. Stable under high temperatures; no specific requirement for addition below 45°C.

 

Storage Conditions:

Store in a sealed container, protected from light, in a cool and dry place.
